For over 25 years, our firm has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as financial statements and business & tax planning.

Our Team
Chuck began his career with the Dial Soap people, hired initially as a cost accountant. He was asked to join their management trainee program soon afterwards. He moved quickly up the ladder to supervisor of accounting when he quickly resolved a major “Out-of-balance” problem during the month-end closing process. He was asked to analyze the profitability of the international division and recommended a change in the accounting methods employed their by management. Promoted to Manager, International Accounting; he was given the mandate to design and implement the method he had recommended. In this arena, he also implemented procedures to comply with and utilize the credits from international tax treaties. He also set-up and operated two Domestic International Sales Corporations (DISC), an income tax devise in the U.S. developed by Congress to encourage exports from the U.S. He was also responsible for forecasting worldwide profits each week incorporating the treaties’ and DISCs’ tax impact.
After leaving the Greyhound Corporation, Chuck was recruited to teach Financial Statement Analysis, the highest-level course in the business management department of the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale Arizona. He served in this capacity for two semesters while opening and building his own practice.
Mr. Vallelonga opened his own shop in 1980 to provide service to local businesses. He provides tax planning and preparation services. He designs, and assists with the implementation of, accounting procedures that empower management in their quest for growth and profitability. He provides business planning and development guidance. For extreme cases, he has provided turn-around coaching for the management team.Chuck has worked with charities and not-for-profit organizations. He served as president and chairperson for a local chapter of a national organization. He led this chapter from a financially strapped position to one of excess cash flows. He performed the same turn-around for a small leads network and is currently helping another not-for-profit reorganize, to eliminate red ink and provide services more effectively.
Also during this period, Mr. Vallelonga has served as vice president and treasurer for a family owned corporation. He assumed this position in the late 1970’s and continues in that role today.chuck@vallelongacpa.com 602-866-8924
